GoAndamans believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Any Reservation canceled before 30 days there will be no retention.
Any Reservation canceled between 15 days to 30 days of arrival 50% retention will be charged.
For any Reservation canceled between 7 days to 15 days of arrival 75% retention will be charged.
Reservation canceled within 7 days or one week of arrival 100% retention will be charged.
No refunds for cancellation received on booking from 15 Dec 2022 to 15 Jan 2023.
GoAndamans.in is not responsible for the cancellation of the services by the vendors due to climatic change or any reason.
Customers are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong information is provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, GoAndamans.in will not entertain those and the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses arises due to the same.
Children below 1 years accompanying parents are not charged except entry ticket and ferry charges and children above five years shall be charged at the extra person rate.
Child above 1 years consider as a adult for ferry booking.
Maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room with one extra mattress.
Please note that only one extra mattress is allowed per room.
Breakfast is not included on day of arrival and hotel will charge extra.
Up-gradation of vehicle or accommodation is possible on payment of difference amount.
Incase guest is delayed for cruise/ ferry. No refund will be offered if the boat has left, however the new ticket will be charged extra.
Package tour is subject to weather condition and availability of boat tickets.
If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issue, all efforts will be made to cover the sight on any other day or add some other similar sight, only if time permits.
The package tour cost does not include air tickets. However on request the cost of air fare can be provided which shall be extra. Check out time from the Hotel/Resort is 8.00 AM.
Confirmation of package is subject to payment of 50% advance and rest of the payment will be paid 24 hrs prior to your arrival.
